About Jinchang City:

Jinchang City is a prefecture level city under the jurisdiction of Gansu Province, an important node city on the ancient Silk Road, and one of the main cities in the Hexi Corridor. For the purpose of promoting mining and establishing a city for enterprises, it is known as the "nickel capital of the motherland" due to its abundant nickel production. Jinchang City is located in the northwest region of China, the middle section of the Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province, and the northern foot of the Qilian Mountains. It is connected to Minqin County in Wuwei City in the north and east, adjacent to Liangzhou District in Wuwei City in the southeast, connected to Sunan Yugu Autonomous County in the south, bordered by Menyuan Hui Autonomous County in Qinghai Province in the southwest, bordered by Shandan County and Minle County in Zhangye City in the west, and adjacent to Alashan Right Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the northwest.
